The view is beautiful from every window. The entire apartment is done with great taste and with the traveler's need in mind. Clean, clean clean. I love the towels too. Very spacious and bright. I loved opening all the windows in the morning and taking in the fresh air and the sunrise. Even enjoyed the little office space where I sent my emails from and the little balcony to rest.

Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

De kamer is ruim en goed geluidsdicht en het bed is comfortabel. In Italië is de ontbijtcultuur anders dan waar wij vandaan komen, maar we vonden het voor Italiaanse begrippen een prima ontbijt. Toast met ham en kaas, yoghurt, fruit, koffie en thee.

The landlord was exceptionally kind and responsive—always available to assist us with our requests , no matter the time. His warm and helpful attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place in the heart of the the wonderful L’ Aquila city!
