The owners are so kind and helpful and have gone to so much trouble to make it feel special. I loved the waffle weave towels too. The breakfast was plentiful and served in such a rustic and authentic dining room. We can’t wait to return to this idyllic little place.

We had a wonderful time in this house. The apartment is a few steps from the lake. The apartment is clean, quiet, the nets on the windows protect against mosquitoes. We found oil, spices, tea in the kitchen. Thanks for the welcome presents on the table.

Chalet "Baita Cavacca", que tiene vistas a la montaña, dispone de alojamiento con piscina de temporada al aire libre, restaurante y acceso a pie de pista a unos 39 km de Desenzano Castle. Beautiful, traditional property set in the most tranquil and serene location. Breathtaking views of the mountains and valley. Several other properties close by but these did not in anyway spoil the peacefulness of the surroundings. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we were more than comfortable. We twice visited the Perlonc restaurant 50m away which serves typical mountain food - four courses with wine and coffee all for €20 each. Small grocery shop 10 mins away by car. One of the best things about our holiday, however, was Claudio our host, who communicated so well both prior to and during our stay, sending photos and in depth descriptions of where to find everything and also suggestions of places to visit. Sad to leave but we hope to return again one day.

We stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful place. 2 adults and 3 kids of age 16,14,11 and a dog. House is small but was enough place for us all. Very good equipped with everything that is needed. In the cold evenings/days there is possibility to use heater with pellets, that gives a really nice coziness. Very quiet location with outstanding views. This village has also great hiking places and great beach bar just 3 minutes walk from the house. I can tell for all 200% that our vacation was amazing and exceeded all our expectations because of the right choice of stay. Thank you a lot!
