Barbara couldn't do enough for her guests. She was amazing. Very warm and friendly,.She was happy to answer any questions and give advice about local restaurants and beaches. A wonderful host. A different breakfast every day. Barbara even catered for my wife's gluten intolerance, for which she was extremely grateful. We used the roof terrace every evening to sit with a drink and listen to the chorus of tree frogs and cicadas, which was very relaxing. Barbara even provided a mean strawberry daiquiri. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Polish Princess

The place was at a beautiful location. Great beaches and the jungle vibes were on top.

Our stay at Friends was the most memorable part of our trip to Jamaica! Birgit and Richard were the perfect hosts to our time in Port Antonio. We decided not to rent a car in Jamaica and arrived in the evening by shuttle. Richard was easy to get a hold of, and he picked us up a few minutes from Friends, where it was best to transfer from the van that brought us to Port Antonio. I was traveling with a friend, and we rented both apartments for ample space and to have our own comfy beds. The apartments had everything we needed and convenient items for purchase in the fridge and on the shelf, including Blue Mountain coffee, a water kettle and french press. The rooms were clean, quiet and nicely decorated with views of the lush property from the lower apartment and the most amazing, nearly 360-degree views from the upper patio. Upon request, Birgit prepared a delicious and large breakfast spread each morning with fresh fruit from their property, honey from their bees, a homemade baked item, a savory warm dish, coffee and so much more! All of which we enjoyed, slowly each morning, on their beautiful wood deck built among their blooming/fruiting trees. After breakfast, we spent our days cruising around with Richard in their capable Land Rover to all the best spots listening to some great music. We went on an excursion each day and Birgit and Richard helped us plan based on the weather and other variables. Richard drove us to dinner in town before we went back to Friends or gave us a ride later in the evening. We felt so taken care of the whole stay! We spent 4 amazing nights at Friends. I am already dreaming of my next visit!

All units at the holiday home come with a seating area and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Very nice place (we rented all 3 rooms) in a really great location with a super-nice view across the ocean during dawn. The kitchen is great and we did some cooking here (necessary utensils were available). All in all a great experience in this relaxing house. Also, the hosts were very nice and helpful (e.g., we forgot a personal item when we left and the host was kind enough to help us out by sending it to a packing station at the airport). Thank you!
