The kitchen area was fully stocked and there was all the necessary amenities including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, etc.

We truly enjoyed the time, the evenings, and the conversations, and are very grateful for it. The garden was beautiful, and the baby cats were absolutely adorable. We were also invited to enjoy some very delicious tea and food. The family was very open-minded, curious, and welcoming.

The family host were all very kind, brought us Turkish coffee, sweets and water on arrival. Arrival time was flexible and they helped us finding good spots in Madaba to eat, relax and enjoy the day. You have a good view from the appartment, it's quiet during the night and close by the city.

Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de bbq, maar als je dit van te voren weet, kun je daar spullen voor meenemen en heerlijk bbq'en.

The host provided us with some foods which really helped to have something to eat first thing in the morning. This was our initial introduction to Jordan and we hadn't figured out what to buy. The location is within walking distance to the old city and we walked around a lot to see all the archaeological sites and shops. We met the whole family for tea and they spoke excellent English. They are very generous and kind people who offered to help wherever they could. They made us feel welcome right away. They taught us to write our names in Arabic which is a great memento of our stay in Madaba. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.
