Everything was great. The staff is super professional and kind. They thought about every small detail. We booked a room with a private bath, this was the best (we also booked private onsen, but actually this was overkill for us). We loved the food, it was buffet. The location is also great as it was a 2min walk of the Togendai (station where the ropeway and sightseeing ship begins).

We had an incredible stay. This hotel is beautiful, clean, and there are plenty of amenities and hotel events to take part in, for example we attended a matcha tea ceremony. The dinner and breakfast buffet were out of this world, some of the best food we had in Japan and the hotel also upgraded our room after finding out we were on our honeymoon. Truly an amazing stay!

the meals were simply amazing.. in so many courses I had to turn down the last course (dessert). The onsen/spa was peaceful, people friendly (I only used the common female spa). The room was comfortable and I loved the dressing gown.. took me only one meal to realise that I could wear it to the dining room!

The private onsen is perfect. Especially in the evening, relaxing on the balcony with the river sounds in the background. Dinner is an experience you shouldn't miss. If you stay here, take the meals at the hotel.

The customer service was fabulous, especially from Suzuki who helped my father to communiate with our other hotel. Flower Palace room was spacious and clean. Hot Spring bath water was luxurious. There were so many relaxing lounges and spaces available to relax with a complimentary cup of tea and a book.
