We got a top floor room from where the Yokohama Osanbashi pier was visible. The rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and just beside the Nihan Odori metro station. Commuting to the Yokohama station was very easy. The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and spacious. The amenities were excellent. The residents lounge area and the gym were a great addition. Overall, very nice breakfast.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. This is the most amazing place I have ever stayed in! It is so peaceful and beautiful, the hot springs will literally heal your soul, I feel so fortunate to have found this place, totally recommended!! Excellent manga selection as well.

They thought about every small detail. We booked a room with a private bath, this was the best (we also booked private onsen, but actually this was overkill for us). We loved the food, it was buffet. The location is also great as it was a 2min walk of the Togendai (station where the ropeway and sightseeing ship begins).

The customer service was fabulous, especially from Suzuki who helped my father to communiate with our other hotel. Flower Palace room was spacious and clean. Hot Spring bath water was luxurious. There were so many relaxing lounges and spaces available to relax with a complimentary cup of tea and a book.
