Is not big so you feel the vip service from everyone. The massages were great, pool amazing, the luxury tent was super nice and comfortable. The boat safari they organized in the Gal Oya was fantastic! Our favorite so far. The mashed potato with prawns was our favorite dish

Wonderful property and host! Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

Charitha and his family were great hosts and extremely attentive to all our needs (ready to go above and beyond). The food was delicious, the room was large and clean with an air conditioning that worked almost too well, there is a seating area in the garden from which you can hear birds and witness monkeys walking along the electrical wires. The property is walking distance (30 min) from Owagiriya Natabun Viharaya (Buddhist temple ruins) and as we were on our way Charitha kindly gave us a lift, as well as to another destination later during our stay. Both the father and mother are absolute sweethearts, and are more than happy to sit down with you for a chat (I had a little well needed Sinhalese crash course). From what I can see they are building more rooms/bungalows and a restaurant in the back, but as of February 2025 it truly had that quaint local feel I look for when I travel.

There are palm trees and other greenery everywhere and you could lay in the hammock all day. The staff was very kind as well. If you visit arugam bay i would strongly advise you to stay here

The host is very welcoming and will help with anything. We've been there for a whole month and couldn't ask for more: fully equipped kitchen, sleeping room with air con, an own backyard with lots of palm trees, beautiful sunrises and a big deck upstairs. The house is actually at the beach, so you can watch the ocean anytime. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place.

An endless beach with no one around, a starry sky at night, and a stunning sunrise over the ocean for early risers. Extras like a beach volleyball court with ball available, hammocks, and very attentive staff made the stay even better. The owner also organized two unforgettable activities for us: one of the best safaris we had in Sri Lanka at Kumana National Park, and a peaceful boat trip on the Panama lagoon, which felt like friends showing us around their home.
