Everything was perfect! I will advise future guests to use the map provided by Janko in order to locate the property easily. Janko and his wife, Milica, were wonderful, the bests hosts we've ever met. Their hospitality and friendliness was top-notch. The apartment was situated very close to the beach and the views from the balcony were picturesque. We felt very much at home and had all we needed. The gardens were so beautiful and as a bonus, there was a pet tortoise which our children enjoyed playing with. We were welcomed by some food and drinks and on my birthday, Janko and Milica surprised us with a birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. It was not too difficult for us to travel to Tivat and Kotor to visit other places of interest (it's easier if you rent a vehicle, which Janko advised us to do). There are also places of attraction very near by like the Blue Cave tour and Lustica Bay. Communication before, during and after the trip from Janko and Milica was excellent. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we are in the area in the future.

Amazing view over the harbour from the balcony. Very comfortable and nice apartment. You have all the commodities you need in it. So close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful owner. It was a very pleasant stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable – especially the bed, which was super cozy. The owner was quick to respond and communicated clearly and efficiently throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant on site that makes the most delicious and varied breakfast (appreciated that it was a la carte). Service was very attentive, beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants. Would absolutely stay again!
