Our recent stay at this hotel started off with a small hiccup — there was a mix-up with our room upon arrival. While it wasn’t ideal after a day of travel, the way the staff handled the situation truly made the difference. They were calm, courteous, and quick to resolve the issue, and as a gesture of goodwill, they offered us complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Once settled, our stay was smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast we received each morning was fresh, varied, and a great start to the day. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what sets a hotel apart — and in this case, the team really went above and beyond to ensure we still had a positive experience. We’d gladly return and recommend this hotel to others looking for attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.

We completed the check-in process online, saving time on meeting the host, scanning documents, and going through the usual formalities. The front door had a key locker, for which we were also given a code to access it the first time. Inside the room, we found the key to the front door, which we then used for the rest of our stay.

It is pretty and has a wonderful courtyard for breakfast and the breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. A great way to start your day! The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. I just loved my stay here and highly recommend it!
