The villa is not far from Mersing jetty and is very clean and quiet. Our room was very spacious, super clean, the bathroom had everything we needed (shampoo, soap, warm water). The beds were very comfortable. There is a fan and an aircon in the room. The aircon is working perfectly. Our host, Kam, was very very nice. He drove us everywhere and picked us up again free of charge: after we arrived in Mersing, when we needed to eat, when we went island hopping, when we departed. Kam speaks English very well.

The host Kam was incredibly helpful with information and advice especially about the ferry service to Tioman. He also arranged pick from our bus and a driver to take us to the main town centre for dinner, and another driver to take us to the ferry terminal in the morning. Brilliant service and very kind. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. If you are in Mersing we highly recommend Mersing Maple Villa.

The mail box is located at the main lobby and it makes it easy and convenient for the guest to collect and return the key during check in/ check out. The unit is new, spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. It was a great holiday home.

The villa is perfectly clean, big rooms, comfortable beds, crisp bedlinnen, beautiful garden with couches. The owners are super kind and hospitable. We arrived late, and the owner picked us up from the bus and dropped us at the jetty next morning. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much! Located very near to the beach, a few metres walk from the villa. Each room has its own private bathroom which is great if you come with groups of friends and families. They have a very spacious living hall and dining area, the kids were having a blast running around and playing at the villa. Extra beds were available for families with kids. Kayak and bicycles are free and we enjoyed the session very much, they gave proper safety briefing prior activity and supervised our group during kayaking. Worth the money spent 🤌🏻

The villa was amazing with very privacy surrounding. The staff and services provided was exceptional. We had problem with our ACs in the villa and the management offered and move us to another bigger villa which was very awesome! The kids enjoy themselves with the various amenities and activities provided such as cycling, swimming and bowling.
