The camp itself was beautifully set up – very clean, peaceful, and with a truly magical atmosphere under the stars. What made the experience even more special was the amazing driver and guide, Ali. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. His passion for the desert and local culture really came through, and he made sure everything was perfect. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely – just completely relaxed and in awe of the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience! And the food was really nice too.

The place is absolutely beautiful — right in the middle of the dunes, super peaceful and perfect for watching the sunset and the stars at night. Our tent was cozy and comfortable, and everything was really well taken care of. But what made the experience truly special was Ali — he’s such a kind and genuine host! He made us feel completely at home. If you want a real desert experience with great vibes and an awesome host, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely come back one day!

Super locatie. Ook fijn dat er maar 6 tenten waren, maakte het gezellig. Tenten zijn mooi en gezellig ingericht. Goede bedden. Gastheer Saoud was geweldig, mega vriendelijk, fijne gesprekken, boeiende verhalen. In alle stilte kunnen genieten bij een heerlijk kampvuur. Tijd om even tot jezelf te komen. Prachtige sterrenhemel die je doet wegdromen. Eten was meer dan heerlijk alsook het ontbijt. Zonsopgang was prachtig op de duinen.

De ontbijtopties bestaan uit een als buffet aangeboden ontbijt, continentaal ontbijt en vegetarisch ontbijt.... Wadi Bani Khalid - Al Joud Green Hostel bevindt zich in Dawwah en beschikt over accommodatie met airconditioning en een privézwembad. Deze chalet heeft gratis WiFi, een buitenzwembad en een tuin. This place is excellent. A beautiful Omani-style house is close to the wadi. Huge suite bedrooms with a private bathroom, three different terraces, a swimming pool, and a place for kids to play. The location is quiet and calm, surrounded by mountains on the way to Wadi. At night, there is not much light pollution, so it is easy to watch the stars. There is a kitchen in case you want to cook something or have breakfast. I highly recommend this place. It is a perfect place to stay longer and relax after several days of a road trip. The owner waited for us, and he was very attentive, always fast-responding, and gave good advice and tips on what to visit..

Arab desert camp ligt in Al Raka met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft gratis WiFi. Er is een volledig uitgeruste eigen badkamer met bidet en gratis toiletartikelen. The simplicity and yet comfort. If you want to experience the proper beduin lifestyle and sleep in a beautiful tent but still have the comfort of a bed and a private toilet this is definitely the place to be. There are other camps in the area with more amenities but the we loved the authenticity of this place.

SandGlass Camp in Bidiyah biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen en een barbecue. It was a wonderful stay! The weather allowed us to sleep outside looking at the stars ,which was amazing. Food was great and everyone was very hospitable. Everything was prepared for our comfort . The location is great,we saw goats and camels walking in the desert and enjoyed silence and peace.
