Richar and his family definitely bring peace into their space. He walked with us to the significant pachamama and pachatata and explained the culture behind. His wife cooked amazing food, love especially their soup and trout!! His daughter taught us to make simple bracelets that was really fun and beautiful to have something handmade to bring home. The room is very quiet, clean and comfortable. I slept very well 2 nights. Always hot water for tea and coffee. Hot shower is hot! View is spectacular. I do recommend staying at least 2 nights to feel the tranquility and peace on the island.

Uros Quechua`s Lodge Titicaca está en Puno y dispone de vistas a la ciudad, terraza y restaurante. Estadio Enrique Torres Belón está a 4,6 km del alojamiento, y Puerto de Puno está a 4,7 km. We liked everything. It was unique experience ti stay there in the Siri’s island. From Manuel we learnt a lot about the history of Urus,about local people. It was amazing to stay and relax and to see the amazing Titilaka lake. We did kayaking thanks to Manuel. We even swam in titilaka.we went with the motor boat to see the local people and hid they live. Manuel family is very hosting and welcoming people. 100% everyone should try.

Taquile Hospedaje Mario está en Huillanopampa y cuenta con vistas a la montaña, jardín, terraza y restaurante. Cada unidad cuenta con un balcón con vistas al lago. Beautiful location. Our hosts Mario and Julia were so kind and welcoming and really made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the view of the lake was breathtaking and the island had many beautiful paths to hike. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay on Taquile Island.

Casa Panqarani está en Puno, a 6 min a pie de Iglesia de San Antonio y a 1 km de Estacion Terrestre, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza solárium y vistas al jardín. Super comfy, warm inside, hot water, cosy (thanks to the carpet) unlike in many hostels especially in south America (we had a negative experience the night before) Host was super accommodating. She even helped take our luggage for the day, and with other things. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Tikawasi Homestay Comunidad Pueblo Isla Amantani José Luis está en Amantani y ofrece vistas a la ciudad, jardín y terraza. There aren't enough good things I could write about this homestay!!!! Jose Luis and Pilar are INCREDIBLE, the facilities are so clean and modern and the home-cooked meals are to die for. We loved resting and recouping here, swimming in the lake, and walking about the community. A very wonderful and simple way of life, hosted by amazing and authentic people.

"Casa de Valentin" está en Llachon y dispone de vistas a la montaña, jardín, zona de playa privada y restaurante. En la casa rural, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Jesus and his family are amazingly welcoming and very helpful. Amazing location that allows to easily visit several islands of the lake. Boat tours can be organised from the hotel Harbor. Great view on the lake from the room. The cook is also great, very good diners. Very good hotel to discover the lake titicaca. We highly recommend!

The rooms overlook a patio and, most importantly, the lake view is heavenly. Sophia is an incredible person, who will do everything to pamper you and share her culture, especially her delicious cuisine. A must-do excursion on this peaceful island steeped in history.

Diego was a great host! He welcomed us with open arms and made sure we where good. The location is super, the beds where comfy and the food was great.
