The location is fantastic! Walked to Jobos beach along the beach. Loved having the rooftop patio with ocean views. Could hear the ocean from up there. In the morning, had coffee there and watched the iguanas wake up in the tree tops. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, good hot water. The one AC unit was plenty to cool down the whole apartment.

the owner was amazing! We booked 1 hour in advance (at 6PM) and checked in at 7PM. Everthing was clean and perfect. the host was amazing, she was super helpful and flexible with our travel needs. the house also was super refined with all comfort: airco, tv, ,comfy sofa, snacks, super tech and modern appliances and in super safe building with a code gate. Additional plus there is a private parking that saved us from paying expensive parking in San juan
