It’s refurbished, but it’s also what that sounds like. That aspect alone is somewhat interesting. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean. At the moment, there are not many places to stay in Targoviste, so this served its purpose. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the center of Targoviste, which is a bit far but that was known before hand.
