Holiday Rentals in Gorenjska

What a great place! If you are lucky enough to book this accommodation, do not hesitate. You are welcomed by the great hosts (owners), in this recently opened mountain house in a small village near the Bohinj lake. Everything in the house is new, perfectly clean and very cozy. Ideal starting point to visit the lake, the Vogel mountain area and the many waterfalls. Don't forget to book a horse riding trip in the ranch 100 m from the house. One warning: Once there, you don't want to leave any more !

Nice location in a quiet little village called Selo, just outside Bled. It's a half-hour brisk walk to the lake, but there is also a free bus to all the usual sites a few times a day. There's also a nice farm restaurant (Dornc) in the village with a limited but delicious menu of homemade food & drink.

Clean, spacious apartment. The host was very kind and helpful, welcomed us with coffee and cold beer. A place for a car at the entrance. WiFi was quite poor. And the beds too soft for me. The kitchen and bathroom well equipped. The place is great for visiting nearby places, though there is no shop or restaurant in the village.

If you are travelling in Slovenia you have to come here! The village is so pretty, the hostel and garden is lovely and immaculately clean and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. It is also possible to get to by public transport (train to Radovljica and bus to Kropa). Thank you for a lovely stay.

Well equipped house in stunning location. In a very peaceful village. As there was a heatwave when we arrived we particularly appreciated the very cool ground floor. Lots of walks nearby, but enjoyed just sitting on the balcony looking at the amazing view.

Simona is a great host. She was always available and helpfull. The appartment is located in a quiet part of the village and comes with a super sunny outside terras. We could also use the 4 electric mountainbikes as well as the sup boards at the lake. The bikes allow you to do most visits around Bohinj by bike, which is the best way to visit. And to top everything, Simona´s mom surprised us with a homemade strudl on our second day. So dont´ hesitate when going to Bohinj area!
