Before even arriving they give you details on how you can arrange pickup services with their driver and it was really easy. You just pay 300baht one way. When we arrived we were met with multiple staff who rushed to help us with our bags and check in. At check in we met Natz who was so lovely and made checking in very easy. Natz was always checking on us and was always able to help with whatever we needed. All the staff were lovely as well! Where Pahili is located I would suggested either a driver or renting a motorbike as it’s just a bit out of the town but only a 5 minute drive in but I wouldn’t suggest walking it. Renting a motorbike was very easy and inexpensive and was again through Pahili. We had the turquoise room and it was a good size for both my partner and I and very clean and a great view as well! The power was out on the whole island due to generator works, the day we arrived and on the 23rd but we still had a great time going to the beach, still managed to eat at a restaurant nearby the villa and with the help of Natz we booked a boat trip for the day and had the best time. We met some really great people honestly loved my stay loved the intimacy of the island as much as there are lots of tourists. We definitely will return, it was a great break from what we’re used to in Bangkok (which is where we just moved to recently from the UK)

Phandara is one of those experiences. Justyna & Greg are phenomenal hosts, and go above and beyond in every way. We stayed in Villa Saam, and couldn’t have been happier. The views are unreal, the plunge pool is the perfect temperature for long dip, and the interior of the villa is modern designed and incredibly equipped - including very comfortable beds. I could go on and on about the villa itself, but would be remiss to not emphasize the level of client service that Justyna provides. Coordination from the moment you step on the island to the moment you leave. We only had 2 nights (but could have stayed 2 weeks), and thanks to Justyna’s recommendations and contacts we left seeing quite a bit of the island including viewpoints, snorkeling, and great restaurants. Phandara’s driver, Mr So, is prompt and courteous and made getting to and from main areas so easy. Could ramble more, but will end with this; thank you so much Justyna & Greg for creating such a wonderful place. It is truly unique. You made our honeymoon very special. Hope you visit you again before too long.

The villa (we stayed at Eliana) was very comfortable, exactly as shown in the website. The view is excellent, just above the shark bay, going down to the beach takes around 5 minutes (going back up takes a bit longer). Roberto the host was very welcoming and helpful, We had complementary ingredients to prepare a quick breakfast. He and also has a good restaurant down in the center, that does quick delivery to the hotel.

Different villas feature a living room, kitchen and dining area. It comes with a flat-screen satellite TV, iPod dock and terrace. Shower facilities are included in the bathroom. We went here for only one night for our honeymoon, we wanted to have the experience of high end accommodation. It did not let us down, it was expensive but completely met our expectations. We stayed in the smaller Villa(N°6), it has full privacy (balcony included), the pool and the balcony are more than enough for 2 people with an amazing view. Inside everything was clean and beautiful. The house is in the middle of the hills with wildlife around, we managed to see lots of squirrels, bats, butterflies... The isolation of the house is also good, just make sure to close the door to the balcony (specially at night) we did not had any problem with insects. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have big windows, so inside we can always see the view in any section. Also, the inside was very big with lots of space. They offered check-in and check-out transportation, and many options for food on delivery in the room at good prices, we used it and it was good. Amazing experience :)
