Location: quiet at night, good trekking and visiting sites, on foot from the hotel. Goreme is like an apres ski pave on steroids! Good eateries nearby but all are expensive. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to his taxi driver on the first day. But we found out how to get bus from Çavuşin to Goreme. I am sure if you asked him, he could give you local bus information to get around and see some sites. Our room had a jacuzzi (great!) And a fireplace (which works): 2 principal reasons for choosing this room, as we went in December/January. The fire we used on one night and the owner supplied us with 2 free logs, some kindling and lighter fuel. But the door didn't close (broken latch).

Pearl of Cappadocia is gelegen in Avanos, op 5,8 km van Zelve Open Air Museum‎, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de tuin. We stayed in the hotel in April 2025 and booked 3 nights. But we came the day before and left one day later and it was so cool that the hotel could extend our booking for these nights! We had a wonderful room, good breakfasts and very helpful and responsive staff at reception! Despite that we checked out early morning they made breakfast for us the day before in the evening and brought it in our room. I can not compare it with another hotels in Avanos, but certainly can recommend this place!

Tale Cave İnn is voorzien van kamers in Ürgüp, dicht bij Nikolos Monastery en Ürgüp Museum. Deze accommodatie heeft een conciërgedienst en een terras. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, goed verzorgd. Het welkom was hartelijk. De kachel was ruimschoots van te voren aan gedaan. Fietsen konden onder afdak. I.v.m. vroeg vertrek werd het ontbijt een uur eerder verzorgd.

Avanos is away from the more commercialised centres In Cappadocia and perfect for us. The accommodation has the pleasant Red River right at the doorstep. The old town centre is a 5min walk and the people are very friendly. The ambiance and location is perfect. The owners are very helpful. We are grateful that they arranged a Ballon Flight for us prior to our arrival. The extraordinary experience is a ‘must do’. We would highly recommend staying here.
