The property is in Armutalan, it has loads of little convenience stores just a few roads away, pharmacy and places to eat. Definitely check out Cite Pide. Armutalan has it’s own strip of restaurants, bars and shops which is about 10-15 minute walk if you didn’t fancy going into Marmaris centre. It is quite hilly, so if you have elders in the family or kids and you don’t have a car this is something to consider. The pool is a lovely size and always clean. The property was clean inside out. The bedrooms have aircon but not the living room. We went when it was 35 degrees so sat in the garden on an evening if we weren’t out. The host is so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a car and carrying water was hard so he picked us up 2 bottles and wouldn’t take the money. The kitchen has kettle, fridge/ freezer, oven etc. could’ve have done with a microwave. Not many of the locals speak English but we managed and they are really friendly if you need a taxi they are more than happy to call one for you. I would download google translate.
