Mountain Residence Apartments & Chalet se encuentra en Bukovel, en la región de Ivano-Frankivsk, a 35 km de Waterfall Probiy. Breakfast and roof spa were gooood, proximity to slopes was perfect. Large ski rental facility directly in the hotel, however still missing skipass shop. 50m2 room used by 2 adults and 3 kids could practically accomodate up to 6 adults. Small hickup with parking lot entry gate hitting the front bamper of the car due to poorly installed sensors was well settled by administration. Would probably visit again during "low season" when prices get reduced and weather permitting.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful, he greeted us upon arrival and answered questions swiftly. Finding the place was easy and there are plenty of free parking spaces. The area itself is breathtakingly beautiful, in the middle of the mountains and there's a little river next to the apartment. The view from our room was insane! Horses, cows, mountains, gorgeous. As I could see there are many activities, like horse riding, there's a big playground, outdoor gym, pool, many restaurants and shops within a minute of walking. The room was on the top floor and it was easily accessible. It was huge with a little area at the entrance for dressing, a big kitchen-living room and a bedroom separated by a shelf system. Maybe a night stand + small lights would have been great.There's a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. This was one of the cleanest apartments I've ever booked, everything was pristine. The design is nice, the kitchen is big, there's shades and curtains which many apartments lack usually. Shower was also cleaner than in hotels and there was enough hot water. Big balcony as well. The neighbours were quiet. The room was warm enough despite the cold weather and there's extra heating option by the aircon. Make sure to turn on the air raid app, as the air alert was not audible in the town. Overall: definitely returning if we're planning to stay in the Carpathians.

Close to train station (about a 7 minute walk) and center. In the center there is a modern food market store which sells cooked food which you can reheat in the microwave. The owner said the water from the tap is good enough to drink.
