Host was amazing from the moment we arrived and we could not fault anything.

The rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with premium cable channels. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a large shower. We loved our stay at The Sono. If you are interested in getting a neighbourhood vibe of the Old Town we highly recommend this B&B. The views from the rooftop terrace left us without words, especially as we where not aware of this feature (360 view of the entire downtown area). Our host Adie was very welcoming and supplied us with a list of bars, restaurants, etc. in the area. Next time we come back to Chicago we will definitely first try to stay at The Sono. Oh and last but not least; breakfast was amazing! 😍

The bed and breakfast features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Everything. The atmosphere, the staff, everything was incredible. I only wished I had stayed longer. Ashlee was very helpful and accommodating. I was upgraded to the room with a view and would highly recommend staying there.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the fireplace in the 2-bedroom apartment at The Penthouse at Grand Plaza. Along with a fully-equipped kitchen and 3 full bathrooms, the apartment includes a dining area, laundry facilities and 3 separate balconies. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Navy pier, Millennium Park, shopping, donuts, and having Jewel O grocery store below was more than convenient. Many delicious restaurants close by Frontera Grill being a highlight. The instructions for arrival, parking, and departure were easy to understand and made for a smooth stay at this beautiful place with superb views. Definitely recommend parking at the Grand as parking around town is at a premium. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the windy city💕🌆
