The guesthouse has a perfect location in district one, close to everything and still on a very quiet side street. The owner speaks excellent English and is truly welcoming and helpful. She gave us a map with places of interest (sights, food, shopping) specifically marked and drew a recommended walking tour on the map for us. She gave us some outstanding tips for the food, including breakfast, and stored a bag with our warm clothes for free until our return for the last night of our trip to Vietnam.

The design was beautify, it’s a really cute apartment with everything that you need. The sheets are so soft and we had a really good night sleep. The shower was amazing!! Also super handy to have the washing machine and dryer and fridge in the apartment! We loved our stay

Great accomodation. Room was clean. It’s nestled in a little side alley so it’s really quiet but you’re 2 seconds away from a road full of restaurants and cafes. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Their bedsheets are so soft and smooth, had a hard time waking up. The place is quiet in a small street, yet near to the main roads. They had laundry service that are so quick, you just leave the basket outside and you get your clothes back the same day. The place is clean, the shower hot water can be adjusted to your liking, they have shampoo, body wash and even conditioner. Good WiFi, I booked 2 weeks for remote work, no problems. Would book again. Place is safe even at night, in the morning there are a few stalls like noodles for breakfast and 2 bakeries nearby too.

Everything has been perfect. From the moment we arrived till when we left the apartments the owner is very kind and helpful. Thanks for keeping our luggage till late. The apartment is very clean, with all the comfort and well equipped. The 7/11 on the ground floor is a plus. We’ll be back soon!
