Holiday Rentals in Free State

The accommodation was inviting and welcoming. We loved the fireplace, burning it every night as it was very cold. The location was perfect—right in the village, allowing us to step out into the buzz of the area. The heated electric blankets were a highlight; they were already on and toasty upon our arrival, making us feel right at home.

I cannot fault anything,Diaan was an exceptional with his services and goes extra mile to assist. I will definitely go back to the same Villa if I am around Clarens.

Beautiful house situated in close proximity to the village centre. The house has a beautiful view of the mountains which can be enjoyed from a large deck. House is well equipped.

You feel like you are staying in a villa

I absolutely enjoyed my 2-night stay at the hotel during the Clarens Arts Festival. The hotel is a short walking distance from the city/village centre, which allowed me to enjoy all the local offerings without driving around. Absolutely bliss!! Oh, and walking around is very safe. The staff were fantastic and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and checked in. I’m making this my home for all forthcoming visits to Clarens! ❤️

Great 4 bedrooms with en-suites, 2 lounges and outside terrace providing both space an privacy for an adult group spending time together. Walking distance to town square, restaurants and galleries. Thoughtful consideration of everything you would need during your stay. Well done Clarens Mountain Sage Holiday House!

Villa Vredenrust Guesthouse is good in communication. You instantly feel at home as a guest.

The property was pet friendly. The dogs could play in the garden safely. Modern well designed holiday home, very comfortable and the view is exceptional.
