Varusjan is a very welcoming and committed host who gives you a lot of useful information about the city and the history of his country. The place is definitely the most cozy and nice place we've been in Armenia. There are multiple chill areas where you can meet other guests or just relax by yourself and even a pingpong table. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The room had a large balcony overlooking the pedestrian street of Rizhhov. The room had all the amenities that were advertised - a fridge, plates and glasses, kettle, great shower and comfy bed. It is really nicely decorated in a warm and traditional Armenian style. The best thing about it was the delightful manager Susan and her colleague Ruzanna who keeps things absolutely spotlessly clean. Susan and Ruzanna were both very attentive and warm, but not intrusive. Because of Susan and Ruzanna, we enjoyed our stay there immensely. We also used the laundry service which was very affordable and handy.
