Great location - very quiet and at the same time everything is reachable within walking distance. Cozy and spacious apartment with full kitchen equipment and mountain view. Ski bus nearby. It was a great vacation at an affordable price.

Our visit was exceptional in every way. Everything was exactly as it should have been. The room amenities, breakfast, location, view, proximity to the Zee Lam See and Kaprun, as well as the proximity to the SPAR supermarket. The most helpful thing, though, was Julinda and her mother, as their daily conversations and suggestions were very useful.

Our stay was magical! We were in awe from the minute we arrived and we were sad to leave. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and so welcoming. The accommodation was perfect and so clean and well maintained. Our hosts invited us to go to a professional ice hockey game of the Zell em See team and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The hosts organised for the team to sign a jersey for my son who was overwhelmed with the hosts kindness and is having the signed jersey framed. The breakfasts were excellent and the dining room was beautifully set out/decorated; our hosts booked evening meals for us in Zell em See at places they recommended which resulted in us having incredible dining experiences. We loved everything about the Hotel, the facilities and our hosts from the minute we arrived until our hosts dropped us off at the train station to start our journey back to Australia. We had a magnificent time and we are planning to go back there. We highly recommend this Hotel with its amazing facilities and hosts. 10/10👍

This hotel is perfectly located between the cities Kaprun and Zell am See. It was basic, but very clean. The breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of variety. But the best part is the summer card which is included with the accommodation. It allows you to visit almost every landmark for free including public transport and cable cars.
