The team accomodated our early check in and late check out needs, were super helpful with holding our bags after check out and made us aware of the great chocolate hour which we got to enjoy despite our short stay. The service was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to help me when a guest found smoke coming from my vehicle. The maintenance man helped remove the battery from my vehicle until RACT came. Went above and beyond. Also, the room was quiet, the breakfast was outstanding, and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel as I stay at a lot of hotels, so this recommendation is a compliment.

Rarely I found an hostel so precious like this one around the world. If you go through Tasmania you have to go here. So tidy, clean and comfortable. The position is amazing.
