Very nice and very clean apartment! Good location, free parking, self check-in worked well, the instructions were clear and simple, and access to the apartment was quick with a code thanks to the clear instructions. I especially liked the bed; the pillows were very high-quality and gave a nice, luxurious feel (unfortunately many apartments tend to skimp on good pillows!).

Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

This apartment is so amazing. The location is very close to the train station. The apartment is well refurbished that everything is very modern. The owner put so much effort on the details that we could find everything we need in the apartment. living here makes us feel even cozier than at home. It is highly recommended.

The host is very responsive and proactive. The host voluntarily provided a list of nice restaurants, bakery, cafe in the neighbourhood. We enjoyed his recommendations. He also provided directions to a supermarket and to walk to town. The apartment had a clothes washing machine. Everything is new and in good condition. Everything was provided including toiletries, clothes detergent, kitchen roll. The apt is 2 minutes from an excellent bakery where we could buy breakfast and 5 mins from a supermarket. It is 3 mins from the lake. I requested additional pillows and the host was happy to provide them. I also pointed out the shower was draining slowly and he had it fixed by the next day .

    Regina is very kind and welcoming, location is great, breakfast was very good, the room and bed was very comfortable for the parents (less comfortable for the 3rd person in the room). Late check in is possible, until 9pm, and that is also an advantage, and self check-in is possible even later than 9pm but fortunately I didn't have to use it. Private parking is very convenient, though isn't for free (costs 15 CHF).

    Very nicely renovated house with all the amenities you need. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, everything spotlessly clean. Owner was incredibly friendly. Good breakfast. There is a parking space in the back of the house.

    Charming stay in a pitoresque swiss-italian village. Location is central (4 min walk away from the train station) and the surroundings are very authentic and charming. The stay offers continental breakfast and private parking (additional cost). The building is equipped with an elevator (very handy when carrying luggage). At breakfast, you will be served tasty coffee made on the spot at a barista-level espresso machine. Be sure to profit from your included Ticino transport pass!

    The stay was impeccable: the room is comfortable, not very large but more than enough for two people, hosts are caring and welcoming, a nice breakfast was included, even the one dpecially adjusted for Easter. All warm Easter surprises for guest were so moving!!! The garden is an extra pleasure. Good value for money! Location is good, only 5 min walk to lago di Lugano . Much gratitude to Daniela and her husband for a perfect stay!
