Best place we stayed during our China trip. No problems with communication! Very service-oriented. Location - absolutely great - near the lake, but in very silent part of it. Views from windows (in room and dining facilities) are magic and attractive. Very appropriate vibes from vacation!

    Th location is perfect, right next to the lakes. We had a massage there that was nice and cheap (expect it on the harder side). They organized all the drivers for us and also the Li River Cruise. Very satisfied, thank you!

    The staff all spoke brilliant English and were so friendly - the owner even took me to the bus stop and waited with me while explaining how to use Chinese buses! The room was a great size and very clean, as was the bathroom. It was also very affordable!

    English speaking staff 10 to Jennifer and Jerry thank you. Value for money 10. Location about 20 to 25 minutes walk to the main square / food street. They arranged tours as well. Laundry is very cheap 15 yuan.

    Very clean rooms, water and all the toiletries needed are provided. Spacious rooms / bathrooms. Staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful, they have helped us book tickets to visit Reed Flute Cave (within walking distance from the property) and gave helpful recommendations for sites to visit. Quiet location so nice for relaxing. The hotel is not in the centre of Guilin but that is not an issue as taxis to the centre are quick and cheap (10-20RMB).

    Excellent location next to Rong Lake. Beautiful room with a relaxing tea room in the room, great for relaxing, reading a book and enjoying tea. Very clean hotel full of antiques from different dynasties as this hotel was previously a museum. Would have loved to stay longer and enjoy walks around the property. Good Chinese breakfast too. Real value for money!

    The location of the hotel is just great. You can already reach some sights of Guilin within walking distance. A small shopping street, which becomes a street food market in the evening, can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Already in advance I was able to contact the hotel until WeChat and a pick-up service was organised from the train station and a brochure of some attractions from Guilin was provided. The room was very clean and is really nicely furnished.
