Amazing place, with a very comfortable room, great breakfast and a lovely Italian restaurant next to it. The neighbourhood is calm and we felt very safe walking, even in the evening. I have only great things to say about this place and highly recommend this location.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. We were there for Carnival and they had decorated the hotel and gave out free shot glasses which was a lovely gesture. The food at the restaurant was great value and tasty, we had lunch there everyday. The breakfast included was a typical colombian breakfast. They provided room service each day, making our bed.

The staffs are friendly and helpful The room for our first night was noisy and the hotel changed it to a more quiet room without drama and hazzles. We even got complimentary fruits. Love the effort.

    The rooms on the second floor are very comfy, with air-conditioning and a balcony. Since it is the second floor, the balcony view wasn't that great. The staff was very nice, everyone from the receptionist to the security guard was nice and hard work. It's super clean, the bathroom works fine, the tv has Netflix's, you can buy snacks drinks and products to hegieane for a very low cost on this hotel. It's located on the avenue above the bus station. And they have 24 hours of checking service
