Two nights stay in the town of Cotacachi during Inti Raymi was magnificent. The hostel, combined with a brewery, was our home from home, just seven minutes walk from the plaza. Comfortable, secure, with an outdoor common area to relax and enjoy the cats and dogs, and the beer. Our room was big with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed many conversations with Roger and Melena, both so helpful. We should have stayed longer.

We stayed two nights at this beautiful farm. The family is very friendly. Señora Mercedes showed us a nice mirador and took us with her el bring back the cows. We loved the pigs. The food was delicious! Gracias, Señora Mercedes para todo!

Very comfortable apartment with a huge kitchen and fridge. It was very clean and the location is very good. We were able to check in earlier, which was really nice and the communication was perfect. I can highly recommend the apartments!

It's a beautiful space with charming little nooks and crannies inside the hotel. There is a lovely garden to sit and read or drink coffee, a sitting room, a breakfast room, purified water, and a calm vibe. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Wonderful hostel! Owned and managed by a delightful indigenous family who took the time to tell us about local life. Quiet location a bit outside of town, but within easy walking distance, even with kids. Felt very safe and had secure parking. Nice views of the valley and volcanoes. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a perfect time in Otavalo and espacially in the Hotel El geranio. Jannet and her Family were very friendly and helpful planing Tours from Otavalo. Beautiful, historical Haciendas! Very welcoming host, super attentive to our needs. Food is amazing! It is ideal if you wish to relax at the haciendas. Not convenient if you want to go to different places as the road is challenging. Taxis will get there...but it's a tough road. Still loved it!
