We had an absolutely amazing time at the Posh Club at Sunrise Tucana Resort, and we want to thank a few incredible people who made our stay truly special! First of all, a big thank you to the lovely girl at the reception – Georgina, you are simply amazing! Always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything – you really made a difference in our stay. Ahmed, our butler – you were fantastic! So attentive, professional, and always there when we needed something. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Abdel from the Posh Restaurant – your kindness and service were top-notch. You made every meal feel like a treat. Samer, thank you for your friendliness and positive energy – we appreciated it every day! Mohammed, the golf car driver – you were a star! You made our daughter laugh every single time with your fun rides. She’s still talking about you! A special thank you as well to the kind gentleman in front of the pharmacy who sells perfumes and natural oils – your products are great and well-priced, and your friendly service made shopping a pleasure. And finally, heartfelt thanks to the doctor Dr. Beshoy Youssef who helped me when I had a lot of pain. The words are not enough to describe how nice it was. I have been treated like a queen during all my stay. Therefore I initially booked for 2 days but decided to stay for a week. I am so grateful to Mr Saad who did all his best to make my stay an amazing one. He took care of any single demand meticulously. Head chef’s mushroom risotto was delightfully tasty, humus is another super taste to try. All waiters were friendly and respectful, Assad, Romany, Nader, Mohammed and Ali are few names that I could remember with their exceptional services besides many others. The room was so clean, house keeping surprised me with different animal figures every day. Lisa and Leo from the animation team did their best me to participate at the events. The clientele of the hotel is silent and respectful to each other which I think is one of the most important things during one’s stay. The beach is amazing, water is crystal clear with not many fish, just ideal for someone with galeophobia like me. Thank you all for everything, I will come back at the very first occasion.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at GRAND PALACE and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's service , especially a huge thankfulness to “Mr Hamdi “and personal attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff , the best of the best honestly “Mr Hamdi 🥰🙏who went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well-cared for. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized greeting and refreshments offered upon arrival. The room itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic elegance. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities truly showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a luxurious experience for its guests. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff continued to impress with their professionalism and attentiveness. Whether it was making restaurant reservations, arranging transportation, or simply providing recommendations for local attractions, the staff was always willing to assist with a smile. One aspect that stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the entire hotel. Public areas were spotless, and my room was consistently tidied up and stocked with fresh linens and toiletries. The dining experience at GRAND PALACE RESTAURANT as also a highlight of my stay. Calm, romantic and ultra luxury. Hotel’s architecture is chic and authentic. Food was good, breakfast has not many options but everything they have is good quality so it wasn't a problem for us. Delicious dinners in Ala Carte restaurants are free of extra charge. Amazing sea with corals and very rich underwater life. (bring sea shoes and please don't step on the corals!!) Staff is very well natured and helpful. Special thanks a lot to Mr. Hanna Rayed for his extra care and hospitality. It was definetly a honeymoon we will not forget. Until next time!

We had an incredible week at this hotel in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed at reception made us feel so welcome—he was unbelievably kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Amaraya restaurant team deserves a huge shout-out! The food was absolutely unreal, with something for every taste, and the cleanliness was on another level. Every meal was a pleasure, thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was how spotless the entire hotel was. I have never seen such a clean hotel before—huge respect to the cleaning teams for keeping everything in perfect condition! There’s always something to do here, with tons of activities to keep you entertained. But if you’re looking for relaxation, there are plenty of pools and snack bars where you can unwind in peace. A big thank you to the hotel manager for an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

    Hotel and grounds are beautiful. It is very clean, tidy and very well maintained. The hotel room was spotless. Cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Swimming pools are beautiful and plenty of sunbeds. Hotel staff always smiling and couldn't do enough. Good selection of food. Drinks served outside are poured into reusable hard plastic not the flimsy threw away cups. Also Paper straws provided which don't disintegrate in 5 minutes. The adults only pool is not busy and an ideal place to relax

    Everything was great, Taha our host was very helpful at all times and super friendly! They have great deals on tours, the beach is just crossing the street. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, with good internet, good water pressure, and a lot of very useful accessories like clothes hanging line in the bathroom. Great location.
