Amazing staff, everyone was super helpful and extremely friendly. Especially Ali in the dining hall, and the bald guy (I don't know his name) in the bar outside. The food is amazing and there's a lot of variety. The swimming pools are good. The resort is on the sea shore so you walk 2min to get to the sea. There's people selling tours to visit things outside the resort, the one to visit Ras Mohamed is definitely a must.

After we found Charmillion we look no further and this is always our choice when in Sharm. The rooms are spacious, location is superb, the personnel is kind and attentive to every need. A special mention goes to Hares from the room preparation team for his kindness and impeccable professionalism. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our stay all the more comfortable. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mohamed Mansour, the Duty Manager, for the warm reception he offered us. The room was amazing, very big, had a great sofa, charging station near it. The bed was very soft and big as well. The bathroom was very big and convenient. Everything that I needed was there. At first when I came there was no water and soap, but the hotel texted me themselves asking if everything was ok, when I told them what I am not happy about- they fixed it very quickly and brought me 4 big bottles of water. The location is very convenient, 7 minute walk to naama bay, yet the rooms are quiet and you can sleep very well. The room temperature was very comfortable. I had an amazing experience with Novotel. Also there is a La cart restaurant at the beach- amazing view, amazing food, amazing experience with staff and very cheap! Breakfast 6/10, but lunch/ dinner- good I stayed at Novotel palm, which is across the road from novotel Sharm(where there is a beach). As I understood it is 1 hotel, but divided through road. When you cross the road, staff member goes with you like a security until you enter the second hotel, so you feel safe. If you want to have very quiet room, book novotel palm and go to the beach crossing the street, because from my point of view novotel Sharm can be a bit nosy, because there are concerts there. .
