Everything was excellent from the hosts to the facilities and location! This wonderful Posada has been recently refurbished in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The two hosts were very professional, efficient and friendly at the same time! They managed everything impeccably! The room was spotless with daily housekeeping. The breakfast was fabulous and the only diner we had at the Posada too! The communal library area and outside spaces are well thought! Thanks again for the stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host Maria—oh my goodness, what an amazing person! She was kind, happy, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation itself was impeccable from top to bottom, we had a lovely and restful night. To top it off, the breakfast was awesome !! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Highly recommended

The grounds are so inviting and comfortable. The hot bath was absolutely divine after two weeks on the Camino de Norte. For optimal enjoyment listen to an opera by Puccini while you soak. The breakfast was served on actual China and was WONDERFUL.

An incredible city! It seems to be in the 18th century. All houses are made of stone, large. The city is clean and green. Many shops with handmade goods. The hotel is very beautiful, cozy, clean. You can walk to the cave for 30min, to the city center - a couple of minutes. In the evening, you can comfortably sit on the veranda, drink wine and enjoy delicious pizza

    Absolutely fantastic. Óscar went the extra mile, offering excellent advice and service. We were even offered an upgraded room at no cost for extra comfort. Excellent location with easy access to the motorway and main roads in the beautiful town of Cartes. The room was fully equipped, with lots of amenities, room, and spotless. I can not recommend Apartamentos Rurales La Villa de Piedra enough! 10/10. Muchas gracias Óscar!

    Super apartment and lovely hosts who met us to hand over the keys and tell us about the local area. Everything was very clean and of good quality and we especially loved the huge bed which was very comfortable. The bakery/ cafe was 5 minutes walk away is a must visit as they sell delicious pastries and bread. Would recommend 100%
