What a location! We stayed for a music festival nearby and were floored by the quality of this place. The rooms were fantastic, towels and fresh sheets provided every two days. Laundry facilities, gym, 24/7 key card access. the location is close to dozens of bars, shops, and restaurants.

The staff was very polite, polite and very attentive. We would like to thank the staff in particular. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious enough, especially the bathroom was ideal. The beds were both very comfortable and spacious, we slept and rested very well. There was free coffee every day and every hour. The location was a little far from the center, but we never had any transportation problems. We knew that anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the air-conditioning was already on before we stepped in — a small detail, but so appreciated given the scorching heat outside. Walking into that cool, refreshing environment was the perfect welcome! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Cleanliness, comfort, service — all top-tier. Absolutely, here's a glowing review for Ivan's apartment in Madrid: --- I cannot recommend Ivan's apartment enough! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. Ivan and Alex were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their generosity and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our time in Madrid. Thank you, Ivan and Alex, for an unforgettable experience.     This was a lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here, we chose this hotel for the location as we went to a festival that was near, it exceeded our expectations! It was near the metro station, restaurants, cafes and shops were all very near and it's a nice quiet area. It was spotless clean, the beds were very comfy, and the reception and cleaning staff were some of the friendliest we've ever met, they couldn't do enough for us! We would highly recommend this hotel! 😀
