The room was clean and spacious. There were many hooks in the room and bathroom - quite rare on the Camino. Water pressure was strong and there was plenty of hot water. A backyard where you can dry your clothes and a bucket full of pegs - another rarity on the Camino. WiFi signal was strong and consistent. Most surprising of all - the kitchen was stocked with juice, fruits, packaged pastries, coffee and tea so you can make your own breakfast free of charge. There was also a regular washing machine in the kitchen which you can use free of charge. The owners run a restaurant in the next street and the dinner was delicious- try their pork ribs.

One of those rare moments where you don't need a common language to see people are decent. I felt so comfortable and at ease with the business family and surroundings I wished to have stayed longer. But I will return. The pilgrims meal was exceptional for the price. Home food. The private room comfortable and spotlessly clean. The best place since St Jean and that includes the 4* Monesterio Condes, because the Moratinos has a relaxed vibe commercialism could not capture. Thank you.

We were a group of 6 people doing the Camino from France to Santiago (5 by bike and 1 with a support car), and our stay was excellent! There was a safe place for our bikes, easy parking, and we were very well received. Clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer. We highly recommend it to everyone on the Camino – whether by bike or on foot – after many rides and walks, it was just perfect!

This was a big surprise for us. We were doing the Camino and the accommodations are located along the way at a gas station (basically a truck-stop) Surprisingly very clean and super comfortable beds, open 24hrs. The kitchen never closes and the food was delicious at a very reasonable price. The Menu del día comes as a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine, water and casera included all for 15€ p/person. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

You could be tempted to walk through this village to make the Camino halfway point in Sahagún but that would be a mistake. There isn’t a lot in the place but the hostel is wonderful. I got a great welcome like I was an old friend. It’s spotlessly clean and both hosts are great and also the lady that arrived to help with breakfast was also lovely. It was warm and comfortable and very clean throughout. Dinner was very tasty and the breakfast was also top class. The best Albergue I had visited after 18 days walking 👍
