The love and effort from Katie and her family is obvious and much appreciated. Very modern, comfortable and spacious. Even had a ninja in the kitchen. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch! Jacuzzi and shower was amazing! Katie also offers Many different types of health and beauty treatments in her studio at very reasonable prices! Despite being in a village (5mins from Avebury!), we were lucky to have a good pub opposite and a Very good italian restaurant just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend. Enjoy x

How it was so well equipped, we literally couldn’t think of anything else we might have needed it was all there. It was so clean and warm. Plenty of hot water and everything worked really efficiently

Hospitality, location, very clean room. Breakfast was lovely. Mike and Debbie are so friendly, they booked us into local pub for dinner and with heavy rain in evening gave us a lift there and back. Fantastic stay highly recommended.

Location, breakfast, and parking were all good. The room and bathroom are also very clean and spacious. The Avebury stone circle, accessible on foot, is a marvel rivaling even Stonehenge. I highly recommend this place.

Nice room, good breakfast, fair price, nice location. We had a small problem with the plumbing, but the owners dealt with it very well and to our satisfaction, which is praiseworthy in itself. We would recommend you or come again, if the opportunity arose.

Location was ideal for visiting Avebury. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and room very comfortable. Loved the honesty bar - drinks, snacks and other useful items. Discount at local restaurants and Debbie's offer to make the bookings was much appreciated.
