The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

The room was modern and spacious with any amenity you could possibly need in a hotel. Also the bathroom was stacked with plenty of towels. The restaurant for dinner was a big step up from the breakfast. Quick, friendly service and amazing food. Also being literally across the road from the airport is a big win.

Booked this hotel for a one night stay because of an early flight the next morning. Its location is perfect for this purpose, as it is a 5-minute drive, or a bit more by bus (which is also an option). The room was comfy and clean, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, terrific value for money.

    Ideal location for NEC, which is a walkable distance and easy to get to and a lot cheaper than the Hilton. We didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on that, but did have a couple of the hot sandwiches at the bar the afternoon we checked in and these were good and reasonably priced, for a hotel.

    Ideal location next to the airport for when we arrived from abroad late at night. Comfortable room - much better than the budget room we stayed in before, but also more expensive. The hotel was quiet Breakfast was good.

    Lovely room with clean and comfortable beds,and the llocation was ideal for the arena just across the road. Lots of amenities onside IF you wanted them so bearing in mind that we just wanted a room and bed, it was VERY expensive... £280, and that didn't even include breakfast! Only 2 teabags provided so we had to ask for more, hairdryer had a loose wire so didn't feel safe to use but had no choice. Would not stay again unfortunately as it stretch our budget a bit too much.

    Great breakfast with slightly cheaper continental and kids’ options available. Big room (and quiet) with separate single beds for kids. Good check in/out times and free parking. Pool, sauna & steam room available. Very friendly staff - and ideal location for events at Resorts World Arena Birmingham, just 5-10m walk (Google Maps makes it look like a 20-25m walk but there’s a shortcut which makes it more like 5-10m walk).
