Everything, rooms are comfortable and soundproof. Had an issue with shower and had staff round is less than 5 minutes at 8 o'clock sorted it right away and was very kind. Decent view, good Internet. Have needed to extend our stay due to recent weather's and it was sorted with them in what felt like seconds went by. Local to everything you need and want.

The hotel was in a perfect location , was by the lovely quiet docks but yet just a small walk from the centre. the bed was the most comfiest bed I’ve slept in ever and the room was very bright and spacious. highly recommend

    We stayed here while we attended The Open golf at Hoylake. It was a great location, the room was spotless but a little dated. This did not bother us as all we needed was a hot shower and a clean comfortable bed which is what we got along with great food and exceptional service by every member of staff we dealt with.

    Checking in & out was fast and uneventful. Room and corridors were very clean. Location was ideal for my trip because I would be visiting a number of different places along the west side of the Wirral. Parking spaces were wide enough so that I did not have to worry about parking damage.
