The owner of the house is extremly friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We had a big room with two comfortable chairs, so we did not need to sit on the bed all the time. The breakfast we enjoyed next to a nice fireplace, was traditional scottish and very tasty. It took us only 5 minutes to reach the city center and a tesco is only two minutes away. For us the perfect choice for our two days in Inverness, we can only recommend it to anyone!

We loved every minute of this accommodation. We only stayed for one night but the owners were so charming. Upon arrival one of the owners welcomed us, gave us the key, showed us what we needed to know and asked us which breakfast we would like. We rented a bedroom with private bathroom and both were so cosy and beautiful. You have everything you need in the bathroom - both for women and men (and I mean everything you need for hygiene). The bed was comfy and nice. The owner even gave us some tips on which parts of Loch Ness to visit. In the morning we had delicious, home made breakfast and a chat with the owner. Both are lovely. There is parking outside. The house looks beautiful. Overall such a lovely experience and honestly I can't wait to go back.

The room was huge, with an en suite bathroom, very clean and tidy as well. The hosts were the most hospitable people, accommodating to our schedules, preparing us early breakfast and fetching us to our destinations in the morning. Really grateful for their help as it would have been hard to get a taxi especially in the cold weather.

This was my second stay at the guest house, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The early check-in process is convenient, the atmosphere is very cozy, the room is comfortable.
