SpainThe staff treat us excellently, the picked us up in Gavdos port and transfer is to the hotel which is really close. We rented a scooter there which make us stay in Gavdos unbelievable.
Another thing to highlight is the food, EVERYTHING was delicious.
Maybe the best place to stay in the island.

SwitzerlandHmm at least unbelivable. Maria, Nikos and Family doing all the best to make your stay comfortable. It starts with the very warm welcome goes on with the tranquility you get when you stay in one of the rooms with breathtaking views over the sea and ends with the fantastic food they serve in the taverna. We will comeback for sure!

In fact it was Ari's hospitality, friendship and willingness to provide any small extras a guest might wish for that made our stay at Kalypso Studios much more than we expected.

The first thing that strikes you when you arrive in Metochi is the hospitality of the owners! Then, the beauty of the location, with the trees and the lovely views over Gavdos mountains and the sea.
It is a family business, the owners are very sweet and make you feel at home!
Our room had all we needed and it was genuinely as shown in photos. We liked that the towels and sheets were changed regularly.
The tavern had amazing breakfast and food. We had such a relaxing time, we absolutely loved our stay!

Excellent location, views, next to all the coffee shops/tavernas, excellent hosts, very nice breakfast (we had omellettes and kalitsounia) and nice bar at night. Highly recommended, we would definitely go back.

Location, views, all you need in Gavdos is there, fantastic owners. Always helpful and fun. Great home cooked food. Music nights. Everything makes you feel home.

The property is great value for money. It is basic but very clean. The location is great and the view lovely and it is very peaceful. The hospitality is superb! The hosts are very friendly and the food is wonderful!!!
