We left another hotel on Gili Air in the middle of the night and were welcomed at Divino Hotel during the night. The staff is more than just friendly – they felt like family. My child was greeted and entertained every day; they truly adored her. The owner, as well as everyone else, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast could be chosen the day before, and everything was freshly prepared just for you. That was something very special for us – they planned and prepared everything down to the time, and always with a smile. Everything tasted delicious. The room was very clean, and we had everything we needed – completely different from the place before. Housekeeping was always top-notch. I would happily book this hotel again and again. It’s a peaceful place where you can truly relax. It’s never overcrowded, not even at the pool. We had a lovely pool and were always there alone. We absolutely loved our stay – thank you so much for everything, and for the beautiful time we had.

We stayed here for 4 weeks, and couldn't be happier with our stay. The room was spacious, the bed was unusually comfortable for a hotel. The room was (as specified) outfitted with both a small fridge and water boiler, essential things when staying with a baby for an extended period. The two pool areas were sizable, shaded and highly enjoyable, for the entire family. The owners and staff are amazing, truly going the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable (we're very grateful for all your help). The breakfast offers a pretty wide variety of options. The establishment also offers bike rentals (the primary mode of transportation on Gili Air), which was very convenient. In short, the place is full service, and we had an amazing stay. It's also located on the north side, which is both close to some nice restaurants on the northeastern beach, and (especially if you're there during Ramadan, like us) fairly far from the mosque and prayer calls.

The villa truly lives up to its name – we felt completely relaxed during our stay. We loved exploring the island by the Villa’s bicycles (they were in great condition), and swimming in the pool whenever we could. The hosts were incredibly friendly and caring, always offering extra breakfast and making us feel at home. The room was very spacious, spotless, and great value. The location is perfect too – only a short three-minute walk from the port, however a silent and peaceful street. Highly recommended, and we would happily return if we get the chance to visit Gili Air again.

I found this accommodation casually browsing but I am so happy I did. This is a little gem in Gili Air. I loved everything from the welcoming with a fresh towel and iced tea as I got here very tired and hot was just what I needed. The staff is amazing super friendly and kind especially Halid that gave me a little insight of the island with places to eat/activities… The room is just super cute, very spacious , clean and just the vibe I was looking for. There is nothing not to like about this little beautiful gem.

What’s an amazing stay… I travelled for my 30th anniversary in Bali/Lombok and that was one on my best experience. You are welcomed by a drink and a refresh towel : the best way to start your « farniente » stay on Gili Islanfs. All days long, the staff is close to you, takes care, do their best, juste awesome and that’s mean everything. The breakfast was perfect, it would just need a restaurant on site when you don’t want to go out but everything is too close on this small island, it doesn’t care, you will for sure enjoy your stay in this amazing French hostel. Everything was thought, you won’t missed anything, that was unforgettable. You must try, as a French traveler ou wherever you came from this world eyes closed, you will never forget « your » amazing moment in Solana with that kind of careful, goodwill, caring and lots-of-kindness beautiful team. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sampai Jumpa. The hotel is brand-new, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the owner, Lella, and her staff. The room seems to have been carefully planned - thoughtful design and comfort. It's spacious, tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the use of natural materials like bamboo and wood added a tropical feel. Small touches, such toiletries produced with natural ingredients made the experience even more special. I also loved the big shower. And everything was very clean. I had to work for a day during my stay, and the wi-fi in the room was good enough for that (emails, calls, etc.) The location is great, nestled in a tranquil part of the Island, conveniently close to the beach, yet far enough from the main tourist spots to provide a serene, private atmosphere. In addition, the hotel has two very nice swimming pools where you can spend a few hours relaxing. Everything about the hotel was impeccable, and it’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into making every guest’s experience extraordinary. I highly recommend Sampai Jumpa for anyone looking to experience the best of Gili Air.

    The bungalows are in an ideal location a stone’s throw away from the beach on the east side of the island which I think is the prettiest. The resort itself is gorgeous! Spotlessly clean and the bungalows and pool area with the surrounding plants and flowers are so pretty. The staff are wonderful! So lovely and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again, and would certainly recommend for anyone looking to holiday on beautiful Gili Air.

    The guys working here are some of the friendliest people ever!!! Also they make a yummy breakfast in the morning, organised snorkelling gear for hire… just super helpful and welcoming. The accomodation itself was ideal, beachfront location, perfect for sunrise. Simple but affordable, loved the outdoor shower.
