The pool, the beach, the restaurant, the service. We had a very relaxing stay at Sudamala and would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Labuan Bajo. They accommodated to let us check in early as we arrived early in the morning. They also helped us book one extra night as our return flight was cancelled.

We are travelling for 5 weeks in Indonesia and this was the best hotel we've stayed at. We are so sad that we had to leave to catch our flight. This hotel is a gem in Labuan Bajo. When we arrived, we were both amazed because of the lobby. The view is spectacular. The room was spacious and had a luxurious feel with the right amount of amenities. We were invited to test the new boat, Black Swan, with the crew. It was the best sunset we have ever seen in our life and it made our honeymoon feel magical. If you enjoy sunsets, then Katamaran is the place to be. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was so nice, from housekeeping to the receptionist and the people from the restaurants. I got a pretty bad UTI and i needed antibiotics quick. We asked an receptionist if she knew a good doctor. Her collegues all tried to help, fortunately we found a doctor that could help me. Everyone from the staff asked me how I felt and it felt so genuine. The food is amazing. Breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for. A great mix of sweet and savory. We had multiple dinners at the main restaurant. Their Asian dishes are great. The Thai mango fish tastes amazing, smae goes for their Nasi Goreng and Pad Thai. I would also recommend the coffee chicken and the pita bread stuffed with shrimp as appetizer. We also had an afternoon tea (actually sunset tea), it was so good.

The private pool villa had a gorgeous sunset view of the bay. Big spacious room and deck! Truly luxurious, we had an amazing time. This was definitely the best stay we had throughout our entire trip. We stayed in 5 different homes in Bali and then this home stay one in labuan bajo. The host was super kind and sweet. He was professional and friendly. They have a beautiful garden with some well maintained bonsai trees which is the owners hobby. A cute little cat named Nami and a beautiful property in a very calm quiet place. The room itself was clean, neat with all amenities. From tv, to shower, to clean bed and sheets and a sofa with a table. Bathroom squeaky clean as well. For the 2 days we stayed, the host provided with a scooter/motor bike to roam around, he also managed to get us a great deal with a boat company for 1 day trip across the islands of labuan bajo. Though we had to wake up before 5:30 on both the days, he still managed to make us a great breakfast and that too on time. He even packed it for us in a neat box for our day trip on the boat. I have myself travelled a lot and generally don't write many reviews. But this one definitely deserved all the respect and appreciation. What a great place with a greater host. Thank you sir for your kind hospitality. Hope to meet you again some day.

    Very welcoming staff. Location is alright, about a 30-minute walk to the main downtown area. The room and property were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the AirCon worked great. Banana pancakes and fruits for breakfast were a good treat to start the day.

    Super clean Bathroom, and bedroom! Staff is extremly friendly. Good location, supermarkt basement, little foodcourt on 2the floor, overall ideal place to stay in Labuan Bajo, near busy tourist area. Restaurant on 7the floor is nice, more indonesian food, not to many western food just toasted bread.

    Maria is an absolute angel! She helped me hire a motorbike and arranged drop off with a great company. She also sent me recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Maria also checked what time I would be going on the Komodo tour in the morning so she could cook breakfast in time. The room was very clean and comfortable. AC was great. Location easily accessible by grab or hiring a motorbike yourself.

    Staff was very nice and friendly. The location is close to the city centre, just need to take the 3 mins shortcut down the stairs. It is far enough that you don't hear too much traffic/party. Very clean and they also provide laundry service at a very affordable price. Free breakfast so I don't have to worry about food in the morning and I can be ready for my tour for the day. They also have bean bags around the place, so perfect place to chill and read a book on your rest day.
