Ayom suites is the best resort we have ever stayed in! The staff has been extremely kind and payed attention to every detail, helped us with every request or need for advice we had. The room was exceptionally clean and lovingly designed, the pool and the external space are perfect and designed to relax and escape from the caos of the city. The food was delicious and characterized by high level recipe and preparation, a mix between the traditional cousine and some occidental influences (the bread and biscuits they made are amazing as the everyday supply of different juices!) Thank you for have made our staying in Mataram so special and thanks in particular to Mita and May, always super kind and willing to help us with everything we need!

The villa was Amazing! It’s really big and clean, the pool was so nice to chill out around. The bedrooms were big and cool, the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were so nice too! The staff were so kind and friendly and got everything we needed, even taking our laundry for us!

We enjoyed our stay so so much. You immediately feel like family and we enjoyed every minute. The location is so nice and quiet but still very central. Jeff and Suci are really great and always there for you and Jeff has a great antique collection. Thanks for everything I hope we spend more time together when I get back!!! We loved our stay at this guesthouse; it was by far the best homestay accommodation we had in Indonesia. The owners and the staff are really helpful, cleaning of the room is made every day; change of sheets and towels at 3 days; really comfortable bed and good aircon; they provide service of laundry , scooter rentals and also organize trips with private driver on the island. Breakfast was great every day and also is a shared kitchen where you had fruits, juices, coffee, water at all time complimentary from the house. The garden is really beautiful and is a great space to stay in the evening and socialize. In order to move around from the location is necessary however a scooter or taxi, since there are about 5 km to Senggigi or to Mataram; The beach that is close by is not very nice, so is better to go in Senggigi. There are restaurants and shops at maximum 5 minutes walk distance to the property. We considered it to be a great value for the services they provided.

    We had a wonderful stay at Ayom suite. The rooms were clean, always fresh drinking water, delicious homemade cookies and fresh juice everyday and a delicious afternoon snack. The staff were very kind and friendly. The pool is very clean and big and the location is fantastic. This hotel deserves the label 4 stars. Thank you for the good services

    The hotel from the outside looks quiet, an old hotel and not too prominent, but the facilities in the room are quite good, the hot water is on, and unexpectedly, I ordered room service food that tasted good and the price was cheap. Suitable as a budget hotel if you are traveling for work, and want to save more.
