The staff were nice. Big and comfy bed. My favourite is the big bathtub from stone that can keep warm water longer. Breakfast was good and many choices. I would like to come back again.

We really loved this hotel, the staff is well trained and they really try to make your stay memorable! They surprised me with a piece of cake the day of my birthday free of charge! Location is really amazing with a wonderful view of the volcano. Rooms are really comfortable and spacious, but the best is the warm welcome of the manager and his family. He helped us with our trek on Merbabu for the formalities, drove us to the base camp, and even proposed to arrange our way back to Yogyakarta. We will definitely come back for our next trip to Indonesia.
