First of all we are very economical with regard to top ratings and we have rarely rated an accomodation "exceptional " but this property deserves this rating without reservation. The ultra modern accomodation is architecturally designed and very tastefully furnished. The property is gated and it has secure parking. Currently they have only four rooms, three if them having sea views, but a pool and eight more rooms are planned for next year. Beautiful beaches are just a stone's throw away. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and left nothing to be desired. Staff was very warm-hearted and helpful. Many thanks to Teresa and Massimo for a very pleasant stay that could not be surpassed.

Fantastic remote place where a small villa & private terrace/garden with BBQ is awaiting you. Very quiet and peaceful location for city birds who want to rest with a stunning view on sea and Stromboli. Sunset not to be missed. The host is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

The Villa is amazing, Teresa is an excellent host! The apartment was very beautiful, spacious and clean, the view from the balcony was mesmerizing. She gave us many great restaurant recommendations and also helped us book a boat trip, which was the highlight of the trip! Recommend 10/10, will be coming back for sure.

Amazing owners, very kind and always ready to help on any matter. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, with gorgeous view. Grocery store is 15 mins walking, also many nice pizzerias are in 10-15 mins walking availability. Preferably to travel by car but it was no problem: we were offered a transfer from/to closest train station (additional gratitude for a late night transfer). P.S. Best croissants we have ever tried.

    Very clean and comfortable apartment. Getting the keys was very easy. Good location near the beach. Highly recommended! The apartment has everything we could need. There is a beautiful beach within a 5-minute walk, and there are many other beautiful beaches in the area. Large car parking behind the fence. Lovely and clean swimming pool for guests. The property is new, everything is very beautiful and it is very pleasant to be there. We'll definitely be back!

    Best place to chill and relax in Kalabria! Family run buisness with delicious, good quality food, super price ( try super home made products). Hotel rooms new, modern and very clean. Good location, in nice, little village, close to beautiful beaches ( hotel offer free of charge transfer to the beach). But the best are people working there! Nice, very hard working and always ready to help ( thank you for help with the car)! We highly reccomend!💙

    We had an amazing holiday. It's a great location for families. Very great hosts with very nice and comfortable appartments. The hosts really take care of individual needs of guests and help where they can. The vacation resort was also very nice and always very clean. We also liked the pool very much. The breakfast was also very good. The beach is also close by. It is one of the best beaches for families in this area and also very clean.

    The backyard, house was really lovely, cute and Italian. We spent our mornings and free time at the yard. The location was great - we could go to the beach in 15 minutes on foot and the panoramic view was in 8 minutes on foot. There is a restaurant at the yard with great and affordable food. And the place is pet friendly. The host was lovely. The windows were sound-proof.
