Hotel was very nice,clean -and cozy with nice terrace where you can sit-and just relax and enjoy beatiful views.Hotel is near Ciampino airport and our host Alessandro was very helpful -and pick as up from Ciampino trainstation ,when we was arrive -and drive us to Ciampino airport next (early)morning,because our flight was departures 06 a.m. Breakfast was good-and simple -and there is good pasta restaurant on first floor when you wanna eat dinner:)

The apartment is perfect - it offers all conditions for a very pleasant stay. The beds are very confortable, the bathroom is wonderful and there is underfloor heating. When we will return to Ciampino, definitely we will choose again this location.

We had everything we needed for our short stay in this nice, cozy apartment. The staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area close to Ciampino airport. It can be reached quickly by car (at night taxis usually charge the fixed tariff).

    Very clean, cute, good value for money and had a balcony. The bathroom was very good and everyone at the property was very nice. Very close to some good restaurants, market and the train into rome which is cheap ( €1,50, and fast (15/20 minutes).

    Really handy location for the airport, comfy beds and just what you need for a cheap stay. We had an early flight (6am) and the host booked our taxi for us, only cost €15 too.

    100 metres from the train station and the airport bus stop - couldn't be a better location for a pit stop the night before a flight from Ciampino. It's been nicely converted and it's well looked after. Shared bathroom and kitchen were both spotless and the bedroom was small but perfectly fine for a 1-night stay. Plenty of provisions for a light breakfast. Decent ristorante/pizzeria (Rosmarino) nearby and open late.

    The rooms were spacious. The house was beautiful and very clean and it had everything we needed. The host was very disponible. The location also was very good. 500m from ciampino station and it needed only 15m to get in Termini with the train. I strongly recommend this house. It was perfect.

    Great location just minutes from the train station with trains running to Rome central and Civitavecchia Port for our cruise. Lovely little pizza cafe opposite train station. Comfy bed with nice clean white bedding. Very clean room. Nice toiletries. Thick white towels. Great continental breakfast with sandwiches, cakes, cereals, yogurts, juices, pancakes, doughnuts, packet French toast.

    Very nice rooms, friendly staff & good location. The host provided lots of food recommendations and the mini bar is cheap. We stayed here and had a flight at 10am, the host advised the airport ride is short and it doesnt take long to get through security so we left at 8am for the 8:24 bus and were through security and sat at gate for 9am!

    Fantastic location and park with chairs and tables Great view of rome and very friendly staff and service. Dogs allowed. Large rooms. Very clean. Possibility to drive guests to the trainstation or reataurants. 10 min train to rome central station.
