Everything except wi fi connection. We stayed in bungalows.. Very efficiently planned, not too cramped, not a centimeter wasted. A large terrace allows you to eat dinner and have your drinks. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean. There is free parking right next to your bungalow Easy access to Venice by public bus, just 15 minutes. It is not luxurious but has everything you need for a happy stay.

We were staying at the family suite. The beds are very comfy, the room was extra clean and we had plenty of space for 5 people. The facilities are all new and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. Access to Venice is from a 2 minutes walk bus station and we could purchase the tickets right at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Ai Pini hotel!

I honestly can't fault this room location was very convenient and transport to venice lagoon only 15 min at front door. Management were amazing always there to help and hospitality was fabulous 👌 would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation. Grazie 🙂

The apartment has a lovely large light living area. Kitchen although compact is large enough to prepare meals. Bedroom also sizeable with great storage , and a modern bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff incredibly helpful and arrived at the appointed time to let us in and showed us around the apartment. Underground parking was a bonus for a reasonable rate. 5 min walk to buses and trams to Venice Supermarket across the plaza and a great coffee shop as well. Mestre has a lot to offer.

Bright, spacious, extremely clean appartement, totally equipped for our one-week holiday. Air-conditioning in every room, washing machine, mosquito net, several big cupboards, spacious bathroom - all made our stay very pleasant. The host, Giuseppe is very kind and do his best to help you around. Little cafes for breakfast are in 5-minute-walk distance, there are a mall and several huge supermarkets in 5-minute-drive. Venice's Piazzale Roma is for a 15-minute drive, highways are within easy reach, the place is a good start to explore the region (Verona, Padua, Vicenza, Noventa di Pieva Designer Outlet). Free car parking in front of the building. Some small gifts and cold water in the fridge were waiting for us, all were very kind of the host.
