We stayed for four nights and couldn’t be happier with our choice. This is a small boutique-style hotel with a charming and cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, juice, yogurt, water, and milk in the fridge for guests. Breakfast was simple but delightful—fresh croissants and coffee at a lovely café nearby. We also had a coffee machine in our room and the coffee was nice. Tea and water are also provided. The owner, Antonio, was incredibly attentive and kind, always available to assist us. Even though it was our first time in Reggio Calabria, we felt as if we were visiting an old friend. The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the park from our windows. The seafront promenade is just a five-minute walk away.

Amazing B&B! We spent 4 nights here and it over exceeded our expectations in every way. The place is beautiful and you can really tell that the owner, Domenico, puts a lot of thought and consideration into every little detail to make your stay a memorable one. Most importantly to me, he tailored the experience to our specific needs and attention . He offered us several recommendations for where to eat and what to do based on our tastes and he paid attention to details even when you didnt know it. For instance, while eating breakfast the first morning, I was eating some fruit and nonchalantly commented on how I love fruit in the morning. The next day, I found that he had laid out a heap of fruit of different variety. The breakfast had many options from fruit to brioche & cornetti, to yogurt, cereal, etc. The entire B&B was diligently clean, and decorated for the holiday season, which was a nice touch and they even offered to clean our room as often as we pleased. In our room, not only did we find the standard soap and shampoo kits, we also had slippers, dental kits, shaving kit, vanity set, shower cap, body lotion, a great blowdryer as well as a stocked fridge. The TV is huge. The bed was SO comfortable! One night it was raining and we asked if they happened to have any spare umbrella- Domenico was thoughtful to lend us his own. The B&B is also really well located , minutes from the center and train station. Overall the perfect stay! Thank you, Domenico

I recently stayed for three nights at this accommodation and had a very pleasant experience. The location is ideal – just one street away from a major shopping promenade and steps from the duomo and a lively plaza. Mr. Guiseppe made the check-in process easy and efficient with a contactless check-in option. He also arranged transportation from the airport, which was very helpful as my plane arrived late in the evening when public transit was closed. Throughout my stay, Mr. Guiseppe provided helpful recommendations for exploring the city. He also supplied small snacks and checked in with us periodically via WhatsApp to ensure we had everything we needed and to address any questions. The room was clean and generally well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this accommodation to others visiting the area.

Spacious, spotless room, great bedding, kettle and a little fridge, coffe and drinks were appreciated.Location easy to find and to park in the street, just 10 mint walk to the center. Antonio was friendly, flexible check in, helpful and available. Our w doggies were also welcomed. Lovely breakfast in the bar opposite the building. I stayed one night at Exclusive B&B and truly recommend it. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main train station and very close to the Archaeological Museum and the Duomo. The host, David, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on what to see and where to eat in the city. The room was recently renovated, very cozy, and perfectly ventilated — everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. A special mention goes to Maria, the wonderful lady who keeps everything spotless. She brings a touch of magic with her warmth and attention to detail — the space was immaculate. If you’re visiting Reggio Calabria, this B&B is a perfect choice for a comfortable and well-located stay. (Pictures attached to show just how lovely it is!)
