The property is in a perfect location for those that want to explore both Rome as well as Castelli Romani. It is in the hills, next to a forest, beautiful and quiet. So good to rest after a long day sightseeing. Watching fog rise in the morning above the hills was a great experience. Inside there is absolutely everything you could possibly need to live comfortably - including all cooking and coffee utensils. The bed is huge and firm, the bedroom has ample space for clothes/luggage. The hosts are super lovely amd communicative, and their recommendations were spot on, including beach spots. There is a fantastic grocery shop in a nearby village and some great breakfast and dinner places. There is even a fireplace you can use.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for a stay of one night or a week. More importantly the bed was very comfortable. Access is via stairs which are well designed especially for those that have some difficulty walking. Off-street parking is available. Valentina is easily contactable and available. The small town has shops and bars if you want to do some exploring. The location even for Rome is fine, but only if you have a car.

The location of the apartment is perfect! The window is right on the main street infront of the amazing view, you can sit by the window the whole day. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. It was very clean , you had everything you need in the room , silent rooms , Air Conditioner working great even 37C were outside. The most appreciated was also the staff from reception which helped us in arranging transports and big High 5 to Diego one of the guy which helped us when we went in Frascati ( city nearby) and couldn’t find any taxi to come back to Villa Cavaletti.
