The room was beautiful and comfortable, bathroom was perfectly clean and well equipped, the location was ideal and the best part were the hosts: they were extremely kind and friendly, they definitely made the whole stay a tremendous pleasure. Location, it is right by the bus station. It overlooks the river if staying on the river side, or you have a view of the mountain on the other side. Traditional Japanese style room and food were magnificent, and were able to cater for lactose intolerance people/people with allergies. The bathhouse was splendid having a sauna and a lot of space within. Nice lounge area, as well as they allowed luggage to be kept before check in/after check out.
