Absolutely beautiful place with an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, making the experience truly special. We had an amazing stay here — everything was truly excellent! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; both the young man and the older gentleman working there went out of their way to help us and make sure we were comfortable. We stayed in a five-person room that had two double bed and one single, plus a shared bathroom. The room was spotless and very cozy. The bathroom has an open-style concept, which might not suit everyone for a long stay, but since we were there only for a few nights, it wasn’t a problem at all. Also, there’s a separate restroom downstairs near the restaurant, which is convenient. Breakfast was one of the highlights — they prepare your eggs exactly how you like them, and there were also warm chocolate-banana crepes, fresh fruit, and various drinks. Everything was fresh, tasty, and served with care. The pool isn’t very big, but it’s clean, refreshing, and perfect for cooling off. The garden area is lovely and relaxing, ideal for spending quiet moments outdoors. The beach is about a 15–20 minute walk away — not too close but definitely walkable. On top of all that, it’s an excellent value for money. We honestly paid much less than we expected for the quality of service and comfort we received. It’s a great price-performance option, everything about our stay was pleasant and satisfying 👏🏻

The accommodation is absolutely wonderful. Each cottage is tucked away in a lush cinnamon plantation, offering guests complete privacy and a serene atmosphere. The cottages are impeccably clean and air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Initially, we booked for just one night, but after experiencing this place—by far the best of the seven accommodations we stayed at in Sri Lanka—we decided to extend our stay. The host is exceptionally warm and attentive, making sure every guest feels welcome. Breakfast is another highlight, as the host thoughtfully prepares whatever guests desire, whether it's a traditional local dish or something more familiar.

Really good place to stay. We extended and stayed for 7 nights. The beds are big and very comfortable - showers are hot and the a/c is good. Rooms are super clean and big. GREATEST VIEW from the rooftop. And the best part is the staff and the owner. Everybody is so nice and kind. We loved to stay there and wish we could have stayed for longer :-)

    The room was with a beach view and unexpected. They have arranged breakfast buffet which was worth the pay. The price of dine in dinner was also very affordable and they had varieties. The hotel and room was very clean. The pool is never crowded. I would like to stay a day more, but Mirissa doesn't have that much tourist spot to enjoy.

    I had a 2 night stay, which was honestly very nice. Very clean, the owner was very helpful and always warmed you with smile. Location was perfect. Beautiful terrace in between the palmtrees in which you could truly relax. And for those who work online- wifi is good, did not have any issues :) Big yes!

    The location of Uyana is perfect—peaceful with serene beaches and lush greenery, yet just 5 minutes away from the lively Ahangama town.
